Getting started
How does Missless work? ▾
You sign up, choose a plan, and add the people you want to remember — just their name, occasion and date. A few weeks before each occasion we contact you to confirm their delivery address and card message. Then we design, print and post a beautiful card directly to them. You do nothing else.
How long does it take to set up? ▾
About 2 minutes. Sign up, choose a plan, and add your first person. Their address and card message can be confirmed closer to the occasion — we'll remind you well in advance.
Do I need to do anything each year? ▾
Almost nothing. About 4 weeks before each occasion we'll email you to confirm the delivery address is still current and give you the option to update the message. If nothing has changed, you can confirm in one click.
Cards & designs
Can I choose the card design? ▾
We curate the perfect design for each occasion from our seasonal range — you don't need to choose. Our system ensures your recipient never receives the same design twice, even if multiple people send them a card in the same month.
Can I write my own message inside? ▾
Absolutely. You can provide your own personal message or let us write something heartfelt on your behalf — at no extra charge.
What size are the cards and what finish? ▾
Cards are 14.8cm × 10.5cm (5.8" × 4.1") — a generous, substantial size. All cards are printed on premium matte card stock at 300dpi as standard. If you'd prefer a different finish for a special occasion, just let us know at hello@missless.com.au and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What quality are the cards? ▾
Cards are printed at 300dpi on premium matte card stock — 14.8cm × 10.5cm. They feel like cards from a boutique stationery shop — soft, substantial and beautiful. The kind people keep on their mantelpiece, not throw away.
Will my recipient know it came from Missless? ▾
No. Cards are sent from you. Your secret is safe with us.
Delivery
Is postage included? ▾
Yes — Australian postage is always included in every plan and every pay-per-card order. No hidden fees.
Can you send cards internationally? ▾
Yes. International delivery is available for an additional $5.99 per card on all plans including Premium.
How early will the card arrive? ▾
We post Australian cards 28 days before the occasion, so they typically arrive 3–10 days early. For international addresses we post 42 days before.
What if the card doesn't arrive? ▾
Contact us at hello@missless.com.au. After a waiting period of 10 business days (Australian) or 21 business days (international), we reprint and resend at no charge.
Plans & billing
Can I change plans? ▾
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Can I cancel any time? ▾
Yes. Cancel any time with no penalty. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Do unused cards roll over? ▾
No. Unused allowances on Essential and Value plans do not roll over. The Value plan has no monthly quota — only the 8 card fair use limit applies.
