• To fulfil your subscription and send cards on your behalf
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, occasion reminders, address requests)
• To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
• To improve our service and resolve disputes
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Who we share your information with

• Stripe — payment processing
• Print & fulfilment partners — recipient name and address shared only for printing and posting your card.
• Email service providers — used to send transactional emails such as order confirmations and reminders.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.

5. How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored on secure servers. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our systems. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account closure.
