All cards are matte finish as standard. If you'd prefer a different finish for a special occasion, contact us at hello@missless.com.au.
All plans include standard Australian postage. Cards are posted via Australia Post standard mail.
We post cards approximately 28 days before your occasion date to ensure on-time delivery.
International delivery is available for an additional $5.99 per card on all plans including Premium.
For international deliveries we recommend providing occasion details at least 5 weeks before the date.
We post Australian cards 28 days before your occasion, and international cards 42 days before. We contact you approximately 4 weeks before posting to confirm the address and message.
Standard letters are not tracked. Contact us if you require tracked posting — this can be arranged for an additional fee.
If your card hasn't arrived after 10 business days (AU) or 21 business days (international) from the expected date, contact us and we will reprint and resend at no charge.
Update addresses at least 28 days before posting. We cannot redirect cards once posted.
